Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once a time slot has been agreed via WhatsApp, phone or email. Please provide accurate address and contact details.

Cancellations

Please give at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may be refused future bookings.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service by cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

Service area

We primarily serve North West London (NW10, NW6, NW2, W9 and nearby). Visits outside our usual area may carry a small travel surcharge — always agreed upfront.

Liability

We take every care during your appointment. Please notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions.
